I haven’t been blogging for a while. So sorry haha… may be settling down in melbourne makes me lazier and lazier. LOL. So, you guys have been wondering how my life is here! First of all, Melbourne is cold. i mean like 5 deg. seriously. Secondly, I got to shop for winter and spring clothings! HA. a reason to be happy about living here in melbourne. People walking down the city’s street are like walking down a catwalk, parading their latest collection of winter clothings. FAB! it feels different. liberating.

Next, Melbourne uni is huge. and apparently you call your lecturers by their first name not their title. So, for example, if your teacher’s name is Anna, you don’t go calling her Mrs. Anna nor Prof. Anna. You call her Anna, as simple as that. Its also a culture to say “hi, how are you doing” to people, everytime you meet them. even those you don’t know. Thus, it’s really easy to make friends here. i mean “friend, friend”. yeah you got my point. HAHA. Also, Melb uni has many interesting clubs, namely food interest society, chocolate lovers, baking club, etc.

The food here is frigging expensive.  like 7.50 bucks for a bowl of soup. Imagine that!  But the portion served is a gigantic one too. lol. oh ya, the sushi here is cheap. a whole roll of sushi costs us like 2 bucks.

I miss sg oh yeah. esp all the nights out. vibrant people at home. all my friends. haha i wont waste a time at home during weekend in sg. But here, the stores are closed at 5 and people stop working at 4. yeah, all of us slack at home.  the first few days were hard on me but now, i look at it as my new lifestyle. laid back. why rush? :) HAHAHA.

Last thing. I like aussie accent.
